The convention was great! We got to hear Ken Hamm speak about creation and Genesis...good talk...thought provoking! Then, we headed over to the curriculum fair to get Jordan her 7th grade curriculum. We are very excited!! She will be doing a computer based curriculum next year. It will figure all of her lessons so no more lesson planning for me and grade all her work so no more grading for Lance!! In addition, it is multimedia with videos, spelling and vocabulary games and a home page she can customize! We are definately in the 21st century!!
We learned that Jordan may be able to do high school and her undergrad together and have a Bachelor's degree by the time she is 18. Not sure about this yet, but we are definately thinking about 2 years of college during high school to get those gen ed classes out of the way. We have 2 years to research and think about this.
My parents are on their way so looking forward to a fun weekend!!
