Sweet 16

Sixteen years ago today, I became a mom. This has been the most challenging, wonderful & rewarding role!! My sweet 16 year old is becoming a wonderful woman of God! She is great with children, is very compassionate & has a contagious laugh. I am so glad that God chose me to be Jordan's mom. Happy Birthday, Jordan!!

Some people have a way of working their way into your heart in a short time. We've known David & his family for 2 1/2 years and they will forever be a special part of our lives. David fought cancer for about 18 years w/ his most recent relapse this past summer. He bravely went through 3 chemo treatments and six weeks of radiation. On January 6, 2013 David received the ultimate healing...in heaven. After fighting the cancer, he was taken from this earth by a massive stroke. DeDe says his passing was peaceful & without pain. Please pray for DeDe, their children & grandchildren as they grieve the loss of a great man.
