Big week!

We have a big week ahead. My "baby" will be 15 this week....GULP! We have guests coming from out of town...YEA! And...we will hopefully find out if we are getting the house we are putting a contract on! Whew! Lots of exciting stuff.

So...the house. I randomly watch the housing market for any possible good move for us: rent or own. Mostly to get Lance a little closer to church. About 2 weeks ago, I discovered some homes in our price range. We are now putting in an offer on a foreclosure. It's a nice house at an AWESOME price. The process is crazy: put in an offer while many other prospective buyers do the same. All bids are presented to the bank on Monday morning. Within a week we find out if the bank accepted our offer.
